This website is operated by MIDWEST SCHOLASTIC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MIDWEST SCHOLASTIC. MIDWEST SCHOLASTIC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

REUFNDS AND SHIPPING

Returns

Our refund policy is All graduation product Sales are Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

 

Items with obvious signs of use.

 

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jcf.mws@gmail.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jcf.mws@gmail.com and send your item to: 720 South Second Street Mt. Horeb WI United States 53572 (608)235-5996.

 

Shipping

Our products are shipped via personal delivery to school.. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 212 E. Lincoln Street, Mt. Horeb WI United States 53572. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

 

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

 

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

 

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

 

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment:

 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In more recent years, our first responders have contacted us to craft recognition awards including years of service awards and personalized rings honoring their service to their communities. We are also proud of the high quality recognition awards we provide to our corporate friends throughout the Midwest.  With all of this in mind it is easy to see why our motto is "Let's Celebrate!"
