2025 WEST DePERE FOOTBALL

West De Pere won the 2025 WIAA Division 2 state football championship, defeating undefeated Green Bay Notre Dame 28-14 on November 21, 2025, at Camp Randall Stadium. This marked the third state title in school history and their first since 2011, finishing a perfect season under coach Chris Greisen.
2025 MONMOUTH FOOTBALL

The Monmouth College Fighting Scots won the 2025 Midwest Conference championship by defeating Ripon 58-3. This secured an automatic berth in the NCAA Division III Playoffs. The 2025 team finished with a 9-0 conference record after falling just short of the title in previous seasons.
2025 AMBOY FOOTBALL

The Amboy Clippers won their third consecutive I8FA 8-player football state championship on November 2025, defeating the Polo Marcos 30-20 at Monmouth College. After trailing 14-0, the Clippers scored 30 unanswered points, led by running back Jose Lopez who ran for over 250 yards and three touchdowns. They finished the season 12-1.
2025 UW STOUT FOOTBALL

The University of Wisconsin Stout earned the program’s first-ever bowl game victory overcoming a 17–0 deficit to defeat Washington University 31–23 in the 5th Annual Culver’s Isthmus Bowl. Stout appeared in the Isthmus Bowl for the second straight year, while WashU made its third all-time appearance. Both programs had previously played in the event, but neither had claimed the trophy until Stout broke through.
2025 MADISON NIGHT MARES SOFTBALL

The Madison Night Mares won their first Northwoods League Softball Championship in 2025. The team defeated the Minot Honeybees 6-5 in a thrilling walk-off victory on August 6, 2025, at Warner Park in Madison, WI.
2025 NEW BERLIN EISENHOWER BASEBALL

New Berlin Eisenhower won their first-ever WIAA Division 2 state baseball championship on June 19, 2025, defeating Seymour 5-4 at Fox Cities Stadium. Sam Hirthe secured the victory with a walk-off double in the bottom of the seventh inning, bringing home Carter Hollenback. The Lions finished their historic season after a 4-0 early deficit in the title game.
2025 GIOVANNI WEARING

Gio Wearing scored 10 points for UW in the team standings thanks to an exciting victory in the 110 hurdles.
The Ashburn, Virginia, native, dove at the line to win the high hurdles in a season-best time of 13.46, nipping Kai Graves-Blanks of Iowa who was second in 13.51.
Wearing became the first Badger to win a Big Ten crown in the 110 hurdles since Paul Check in 2005 and the seventh different Badger to win the event since 1977.
2025 JOHNSON CREEK BASEBALL

The Johnson Creek Bluejays are the 2025 WIAA Division 4 State Baseball Champions, winning their second title by defeating Pacelli 5-0 in the championship game. The Bluejays' victory came after a 6-2 win against Pittsville in the semifinals. This was the team's first state championship since 2007.
2025 EDGEWOOD HOCKEY

The Madison Edgewood boys hockey team won the 2025 WIAA Division 1 state championship, defeating Notre Dame 5-2. This victory marks the first state title in the program's history. The Crusaders, seeded fourth, defeated the two-time defending champion Notre Dame in the championship game at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena.
2025 WISCONSIN LUTHERAN BASKETBALL

Wisconsin Lutheran High School's boys basketball team won the WIAA Division 1 State Championship in 2025, defeating Marshfield 57-55 in a close game. This win marks their second consecutive state title, having won the Division 2 championship in 2024. The Vikings' victory over Marshfield secured their place in history as the first team to win back-to-back state titles in different divisions
2025 UWL GYMNASTICS

The UW-La Crosse gymnastics team won the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Championship on March 22, 2025. This marks the team's 18th NCGA title. In addition to the team victory, UWL gymnasts also secured three individual event titles: Grace Kehr won vault, Raina Christenson, Claire Robbins, and Kyla Dickson tied for the balance beam title, and Jessica Taylor won the floor exercise.
2024 BAY PORT FOOTBALL

The Bay Port Pirates pillaged with an 80-yard touchdown by Brady Moon on the first play of the WIAA Division 1 state championship game, and beat Muskego 25-18 to claim the first football title in school history. Bay Port’s Moon scored 3 touchdowns and rushed for 241 yards. The Pirates led 19-0 at the half, and absorbed a valiant comeback effort by Muskego to win. This is the first state title for Head Coach Steve Jorgenson.
2024 LOMIRA FOOTBALL

In their first trip to a state final, the Lomira Lions grabbed their first state title with a win over the Grantsburg Pirates at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison. Lomira’s senior running back Taylor Schaumberg, one of 16 seniors on the team, led the way for the Lions, carrying the ball 29 times for 216 yards and three touchdowns.
2024 ST NORBERT FOOTBALL

St. Norbert College ended its season on a high note, defeating Monmouth College, 20-14, in the 2024 Cousins Subs Lakefront Bowl at Wisconsin Lutheran College's Raabe Stadium. The Green Knights (8-3) scored two touchdowns in the first half and posted a shutout in the second half to win in a rematch of the same bowl game last season, avenging a tough 21-14 loss to the Fighting Scots. It marked the first bowl win in St. Norbert history, with the Green Knights ending the year on an eight-game winning streak after an 0-3 start.
2024 UW LA CROSSE TRACK & FIELD

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's track and field team completed the Indoor/Outdoor sweep as they claimed the programs 16th National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) III Outdoor National Championship. Earlier this year, the Eagles won the NCAA III Indoor National Title in Virginia Beach, Va.
2024 EDGEWOOD HS BASEBALL

Edgewood baseball defeated top-seeded Mosinee 12-6 in the D2 state title game to claim the program's third WIAA state championship. The Crusaders found themselves trailing 3-0 after the first inning but came back in a big way. Edgewood's Steffen Mello hit an RBI single to center field in the fourth inning to take a 4-3 lead. The Crusaders then exploded for seven runs in the 5th inning to put the game away for good.
2024 WISCONSIN LUTHERAN BOYS BASKETBALL

Before heading off to Durham North Carolina to play for the Duke Blue Devils, Kon Knueppel and the Vikings had a nail-biter victory over Nicolet High School in the State semifinal game (final score 56-54). Wisco defeated Pewaukee High School to capture the 2024 Boys Basketball Division 2 State Championship title by a score of 83-62.
2024 UW RIVER FALLS WOMEN'S HOCKEY

University of Wisconsin-River Falls won its first-ever NCAA Division III women's ice hockey championship with a 4-1 victory over Elmira College (N.Y.) at Hunt Arena on March 17. It is also the first women's ice hockey national title won by a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) program.
2023 UW MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY

UW ended the meet with a team score of 19 points, the fourth lowest ever in Big Ten history.
This led to their sixth consecutive Big Ten Championship, along with the program’s 54th in total. UW Director of Track and Field and Cross Country Mick Byrne earned his 13th conference championship, giving him the most in conference history.
2023 BYRON TIGERS FOOTBALL

Led by head coach Jeff Boyer the Tigers showed off in a big way during the IHSA Class 3A state championship game, winning the program's third state title by wallopping another traditional power, Mt. Carmel, 69-7. The football team is a source of pride for the town, having won championships in 1999 and 2021.
2023 MONMOUTH COLLEGE FOOTBALL

The Monmouth College football team didn't score until the third quarter but they rallied past St. Norbert 21-14 to win their second straight Lakefront Bowl. The Scots (9-2) scored the go-ahead touchdown with 34 seconds to play for their seventh straight win and Carter Boyer (Carthage, Illinois) was named Lakefront Bowl MVP.
2023 LODI FOOTBALL

On November 16, 2023, the Lodi Football team won the WIAA Division 4 State Championship against Luxemburg-Casco High School by a score of 38-14 at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison. The win was the program's second WIAA Division 4 state championship and came in the final game as head coach David Puls retired.
2023 UW OSHKOSH MEN'S BASKETBALL

University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh secured the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) men’s basketball title with a 72-68 triumph over UW-Whitewater at Kachel Gymnasium on Feb. 8. The regular-season championship is the third in the last five seasons for the Titans – and 15th in program archives.
2022 MONROE FOOTBALL STATE CHAMPS

The Monroe Cheesemakers won the WIAA Division 3 Football Championship at Camp Randall Stadium. The Cheesemakers defeated West Salem 35-14. It was Monroe's first state championship since 1994.
Monroe dominated the game, outpacing West Salem in yards, first downs, and turnovers.
2023 FREEMAN HS BASKETBALL - NEBRASKA

Freeman High School won its first state title since 2010 at the NSAA State Basketball Tournament. The top-seeded Falcons defeated Amherst 53-35 in the final, scoring the first nine points of the game. Carter Niles scored 13 points and three other Falcons players finished with 12 points.
2022 NEENAH ROCKETS STATE BASKETBALL CHAMPIONS

The 2022 Neenah Rockets led by Coach Lee Rabas captured their 4th state title in school history and the first since 1978.
2025 UW WHITEWATER BASEBALL

The UW-Whitewater baseball team won the 2025 NCAA Division III Baseball Championship, defeating Messiah University 21-5 in the final game. This marks the third national title in the program's history. The team's championship run included setting a new NCAA Division III World Series record with 74 runs scored over their five games.
2025 GRAFTON FOOTBALL

The Grafton Black Hawks won the 2025 WIAA Division 3 state football championship on November 21, 2025, defeating Reedsburg 17-15 at Camp Randall Stadium. A 35-yard field goal by Graysen Bollech with 6 seconds left secured the victory, marking the school's third state title and first since 1982.
2025 BYRON FOOTBALL

The Byron Tigers football team secured the IHSA Class 3A state championship in 2025 with a 56-50 victory over Tolono Unity, finishing an undefeated season and cementing their status as a dominant Illinois high school program. This marks another title for the Tigers, who previously won in 2023 and 2021.
2025 MADISON WEST SOCCER

Madison West won the 2025 WIAA Division 1 Boys Soccer State Championship, defeating Marquette University High School 1-0 on November 8, 2025, in Milwaukee. Junior Louis Rowe scored the decisive goal in the 75th minute off a Jonah Wallace assist, securing the Regents' first state title since 1988.
2025 WAHOO FOOTBALL

The Wahoo Warriors won their second consecutive Nebraska Class C1 state football championship, defeating Sidney 20-6 on November 25, 2025, at Memorial Stadium to cap an undefeated 13-0 season. The defense and special teams were key in the 2025 win, following their 2024 state title run which saw them finish ranked No. 3 in the state.
2025 UWW MEN'S SOCCER

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's soccer team claimed a share of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Regular Season Title with a comeback 2-1 victory over UW-Platteville. The title marks the fourth in program history, but first since WIAC Men's Soccer was resumed in 2024 (3 titles from 2009-11). The 2025 title is the first under Head Coach Tony Guinn. With the win, the Warhawks also reclaimed the Shaymus Guinn Cup
2025 UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE WOMEN'S SOCCER 25

The University of Dubuque Spartans women's soccer team won the 2025 American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Championship, marking their second conference title in program history and first since 2014. They secured this victory in late October 2025, qualifying for the NCAA Tournament.
2025 CONCORDIA SOFTBALL

Concordia University Wisconsin's softball team won the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) regular season and tournament championship in 2025. This marks their fourth NACC tournament title and the third in four years, securing them an automatic berth to the NCAA Division III Softball Championship. The team achieved a 32-13 overall record for the season.
2025 CUBA CITY GIRLS BASKETBALL

Cuba City's girls' basketball team became state champions for the 12th time in March 2025, defeating St. Mary Catholic 53-50 in the WIAA Division 4 state championship. This 12th title is a state record for the most championships won by any girls' basketball program in Wisconsin.
2025 KIMBERLY GIRLS BASKETBALL

The Kimberly Papermakers girls basketball team won the WIAA Division 1 State championship in March 2025, defeating Muskego 47-26. This was their fifth state title in program history and their first since 1998. The team ended their season with a 29-1 record.
2025 UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE MEN'S BASKETBALL

The University of Dubuque Men's Basketball team clinched the American Rivers Conference regular season title on February 19, 2025, defeating Coe College. This marks the team's 11th A-R-C regular season championship. They secured the title with a 78-75 victory over Coe. The championship game was a close contest, with Dubuque overcoming a second-half deficit to win.
2025 UWRF WOMEN'S HOCKEY

The UW-River Falls women's hockey team won their second consecutive NCAA Division III National Championship on March 30, 2025, by defeating Amherst 3-1 at Hunt Arena in River Falls, according to University of Wisconsin River Falls Athletics. This victory marks the first time a Division III women's hockey program has won back-to-back titles since 2016 and 2017. The Falcons finished the season with a remarkable 57-3-2 record over the two championship seasons
2025 ST CROIX FALLS WRESTLING

St. Croix Falls High School's wrestling team won the WIAA Division 2 State Championship in 2025, defeating Coleman 38-29 in the finals. This victory marks the Saints' first team state title in the dual format. The championship match came down to the final bout, where Drake Petersen secured the win with a pin.
2024 SLINGER FOOTBALL

The Slinger Owls won the 2024 Division 2 State Football Championship over the defending Division 3 state champions, the Rice Lake Warriors, 31-30 at Camp Randall Stadium, on Friday, November 22. The championship marks the second in school history, and the first in Division 2 for the Owls and Head Coach Bill Jacklin. It is also the school’s first football state championship since 1998.
2024 WAUKESHA WEST SOCCER

Waukesha West (15-4-3), making its third-straight state appearance and seventh overall, earned its first state championship with a shootout victory over undefeated Elkhorn (20-0-1). The game was scoreless through regulation and overtime, and West came away with a 2-1 win in penalty shots.
2024 DEPERE BASEBALL

The De Pere Redbirds were ranked No. 1 in a preseason poll, but they wanted no part of it. They wanted to prove they were the best team in the state.
On Thursday night, June 13, 2024 they put their money where their mouth was, by taking down Sun Prairie East in the Division 1 state title game, 5-1.
2024 ARROWHEAD GIRLS BASKETBALL

Head Coach Ron Reichle led the Arrowhead Warhawks to the 2024 Wisconsin Division 1 girls basketball state championship, defeating Neenah 69–59 on March 9, 2024 at the Resch Center in Green Bay. This was the Warhawks' third state championship and their first since 1991. Natalie Kussow was spectacular in leading the Warhawks to the victory.
2024 MINERAL POINT BOYS BASKETBALL

On March 16, 2024, Mineral Point High School's boys basketball team won its first WIAA Division 4 state title in a thrilling 65-64 victory over Kenosha St. Joseph at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin. The game came down to a second-chance layup by sophomore Drew Aschliman with 1.4 seconds remaining in the game.
2024 UW MEN'S INDOOR TRACK

Thanks to a trio of individual Big Ten titles, the Wisconsin men's track and field team won its second-straight Big Ten indoor title on Saturday afternoon at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva Ohio. The Badgers earned 122 points, defeating Nebraska, who placed second with 118, to claim the program's 26th indoor title.
2023 UW LA CROSSE FOOTBALL

The Eagles, 11-1 overall, earned the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) automatic bid to the national championships after finishing 7-0 in league play. It marked UWL's first outright conference crown since 2004 and 35th overall title in school history, including second straight under head coach Matt Janus.
2023 UW PLATTEVILLE FOOTBALL

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville football team (7-4) defeated the Augustana College Vikings (8-3) 36-10 in the third annual Culver's Isthmus Bowl held at the Bank of Sun Prairie Stadium. The Isthmus Bowl takes the top remaining team in both the WIAC and CCIW conferences that did not earn an NCAA Division III berth.
2023 RICE LAKE FOOTBALL

The Rice Lake Warriors took home the WIAA Division 3 State Football Championship by defeating the Grafton Black Hawks 28-20 on Friday, November 17th at Camp Randall Stadium. Connor Durand opened up the scoresheet for Rice Lake with a 59-yard touchdown pass from Jakob Kunz in the first quarter.
2023 DePERE BOYS BASKETBALL

De Pere High School won the WIAA Boys Basketball Division 1 State Tournament with a 69-49 win over Arrowhead. The game took place at the Kohl Center. Coach Brian Winchester's squad finished the season with a 30-0 record. The win was the program's second title and their first since 1934
2022-23 KETTLE MORAINE GIRLS BASKETBALL

The Kettle Moraine girls basketball team won the 2023 Division 1 state championship in the WIAA Girls' Basketball Tournament. The third-seeded Lasers defeated top-seeded Brookfield East 47-40 at the Resch Center. This was the second consecutive state championship for Kettle Moraine.
2021 AQUINAS BLUGOLDS STATE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONS

With their 28-26 vitory over Mayville at Camp Randall Stadium, Coach Tom Lee and the Blugolds fisished the season a perfect 14-0 record. This was the school's second state title.
