How can I pay?

 

If ordering online, payment in full is required.  If ordering at school, $50 deposit or payment in full with the remaining balance due 8 weeks from time of order.

When will I receive my order?

 

If ordering at school, clothing items, extra tassels and key chain will be delivered on your schools order day.  If ordering online, those items will be delivered 2-3 weeks after you order.  The remainder of the order including the cap & gown will be delivered 4-8 weeks prior to your graduation.

How do I know my cap & gown will fit?

 

Your cap & gown is made specifically for you and is based on your height & weight.  Please try on your cap & gown upon receipt so if there are any issues, there is time to care of them.

What is your return policy? 

 

Returns are only accepted from non-graduates.  NO EXCEPTION.  Please return your unused items to your HS prior to graduation and refunds will be processed in July.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Cancellations or changes to your order are accepted with in 72 hours from the time you place your order.

How do I track my order?

You will be notified via email of your schools delivery day.  All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery day.  Also please have your senior listen to the announcements at school for the date, time and place of the delivery.
